Vegusto has a wide selection of different vegan roasts to offer. The roasts differ from each other in appearance and each one has its unique gourmet taste. Some of the vegan roasts are stuffed with potatoes or creamy No-Moo. Others are seasoned with typical roast spices and hence have an authentic roast flavour. To experience the full flavour, we recommend cutting the roast into 1cm thick slices and frying them with sufficient oil on both sides for about 30 seconds. Moreover, Vegusto plant-based roasts are a real delicacy when breaded before frying adding a very special highlight to any dinner table. Another appetizing way of preparation is to briefly fry the roast as one piece all around, place in a roasting tin, cover it with vegetable gravy and heat it in the oven for about 20-30 minutes. During cooking, moisten the roast occasionally with gravy, to avoid from getting too dry. All of our vegan roasts can also be enjoyed cold, e.g. cut into thin slices like sandwich slices or cut into strips as salad topping.
