Slicing Sausages

The economically priced Vegusto Luncheon Roll are great for creating lavish sandwiches or for adding a gourmet touch to the simplest dish. Cubed Luncheon Rolls add great flavour to pasta or potato dishes as well as to lentil soup. Cut the Luncheon Roll into approximately 1 cm thick slices and fry them for about 30 seconds on each side in sufficient oil. Roasted gently like that, especially Cerlyone and Affumato Maxi-sausage slices are delicious with sauerkraut and boiled potatoes. Alternatively, coat the slices with breadcrumbs before frying to make great veggie patties in no time what so ever. For a delectable snack: Wrap some Maxi-sausage slices in puff pastry and bake them at 200 ° C for 15 minutes. These delicate puff pastry pies go very well with a mixed salad. Most Vegusto Maxi-sausages are also available as thin sandwich slices.
