Preparation

For the sauce, place a pot on the scale and weigh out all the ingredients directly in the pot. Then mix everything thoroughly and simmer for 10-15 minutes over medium heat, covered. During this time, stir occasionally.

Pour the finished sauce hot into a boiled jar. Close the lid and put the filled jar in a cool place. The curry sausage sauce made in this way will keep in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.

Preheat the oven to 200 °C for the fries/wedges. After about 5-8 minutes, place the fries on a baking tray with baking paper and place in the oven for about 12-18 minutes.

5 minutes before the end of the baking time, peel the vegan sausages out of the sausage casing and fry them in a coated pan with 1-2 tbsp vegetable oil for 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Turn the vegan sausages regularly.

Before serving, sprinkle a little curry powder over the hot vegan sausages. This looks great and tastes delicious too.
