Potato and sauerkraut bake with veggie bratwurst, Hotsami Max
A great experience for the taste buds! This is a hearty bake with potatoes, carrots, sauerkraut and a mouth-watering vegan bratwurst. These delicacies are topped with a golden crust of tasty No Moo.

200 g No Moo, Rac [Order No: 413]

Preparation
Peel the potatoes and carrots, cut into 2-3 cm pieces and cook in a steamer for about 15 minutes until al dente, then set aside.
Peel the veggie bratwurst and cut into rounds 2-3 cm thick. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the veggie sausage, onions and garlic for 2 minutes.
For the sauce, use a blender to make a smooth puree of the water, 50 g No Moo, Mild-Aromatic, lemon juice, dates, almond butter, flour and salt and pepper.
Now add the potatoes, carrots, sauce and drained sauerkraut to the veggie sausage pieces in the frying pan.
Stir all the ingredients together and bring to the boil for 2 minutes.
Then pour the mixture into a baking dish (approx. 20 x 30 cm).
Grate the rest of the No Moo, Mild-Aromatic over the top and finish with a layer of No Moo, Rac.
Bake in a preheated (non-fan) oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes.
