Tortilla Wraps with Vegusto

2 x Deli slices, Italian-Style (4x 75g)
200 g No-Moo, Mild-aromatic [Order No: 404]
70g Vegi-Dip, Garlic (2 Tbsp)
20 g olive oil (4 Tbsp)
4 tortillas wraps (ø ca. 20 cm)
2 ripe avocados
10 g lemon juice (1 Tbsp)
1 g cumin, ground (1/4 tsp)
2 g rock salt (1 tsp)
120 g iceberg salad
150 g tomatoes
120 g carrots

Preparation

Cut the Vegusto Italian-style Deli slices into strips and sauté with olive oil on both sides for 2 – 3 minutes.

Heat tortillas according to instructions.

Cut the avocado in two halves, discard the pip and spoon out the flesh.

In a bowel combine the mashed avocado with the Vegusto Garlic Dip, lemon juice and cumin.

Wash the salad, dry and cut into 5 mm thin strips.

Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut into cubes.

Grate the No-Moo Mild-aromatic and the carrots.

Spread the avocado cream on tortillas evenly.

Top the wraps with the iceberg salad, tomatoes, carrots, No-Moo and sautéed Italian-style Deli slices.

Roll up the wraps, cut diagonally in half and serve.
